I’m passionate about helping agents generate more business and create a better work/life balance.
In addition to my 36+ years Real Estate career (as both an agent, team leader, and broker), I’ve been coaching and training my team for as long as I can remember. They turn to me daily for business strategies and guidance to increase their sales. Just recently, my RE/MAX Franchise grew into five offices.
As an agent for several years, I signed over 100 sellers (listings) per year. When I decided I was going to raise my price range and sell more luxury properties, I went from selling 60 (buyer sales) averaged- priced homes to selling the highest property in our MLS service – $7M at that time. That business transaction occurred within two years after making the decision to sell higher-priced properties.
