When I decided I was going to raise my price range and sell more luxury properties, I went from selling 60 (buyer sides) averaged- priced homes to selling the highest property in our MLS service – $7M at that time. That business transaction occurred within two years after making the decision to sell higher-priced properties. I know a thing or two about the market and the unique challenges realtors face. Especially when it comes to lead generation.
