Here's my story
I really had no idea where I'd end up, but I knew it had to be this way...
From the beginning I was dedicated. At the agent of 19 I entered the real estate business as a sales associate in Florida and 2 years later I was a broker and a co-owner of my first real estate brokerage. I was a very successful listing agent and I trained and coached real estate agents on how to convert buyer and seller leads into sales.
I’ve been learning and coaching my whole life.
My wife and I joined RE/MAX in 1998 and within 2 years was one of the top 5 teams in the largest office in Florida and was recognized with the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award. Our team had myself, my wife, an assitant, and a buyers agent. We sold between 80-120 homes a year for several years. We then decided to focus on luxury waterfront properties and sold several of the highest priced property in the Sarasota market before opening our brokerage with one agent in 2006.
Then I started to help other agents...
First in the brokerage I was associated with in technology, website, and pay-per-click advertising. Then as I grew my own real estate brokerage. I reallized all agents are different and are at different levels. No two agents are the same. becasue of this they need customized coaching and training. And the rest is history! Currently we have 5 RE/MAX Offices that have sold over 360 Million Dollars of Real Estate in 2021 and our RE/MAX Brokerage is recognized as in the top 6% of all RE/MAX Franchises worldwide and top 3% of all real estate brokerages in the United States.
